Engineering maximizes its combined years of experience in Tool & Die design and building to produce high quality, maintenance free tooling. We are available to assist with development prototype parts before tooling is built.
With 3 generations of design and build experience in our facility, we make many deep drawn and progressive dies used to produce some exceptionally tight tolerance parts and assemblies.
Using CNC machining, our innovative staff designs, builds and runs tools that:
- are made from stainless steel, ferrous, non-ferrous and other alloys.
- up to 12′ in length and can be tried out and ran at our facility.
- are deep drawn, line, compound, single and secondary hits.
Our expertise allows us to evaluate, repair, and run existing customer dies.
